The energy of fear is very powerful. What are some of the things that you are afraid of? What are some of the stories you heard growing up that made you feel unsafe? How did fear become a part of you? I have often heard parents telling young children “finish your meal/do your homework or the police will come and take you” without realizing that this process gradually creates neural pathways in children that respond to fear, lack and limitations. A big part of our everyday life on earth is ruled by fear. What if you could gradually rise above fear this year?
What if you could transform the energy of fear step-by-step so that you could live from your heart-space? What if you could move out of the duality of good vs. bad? How much do you think we could change the world overnight if a million people could rise above fear, lack and limitations this year and focus on creativity instead?
People tend to fight things they do not want or understand. Fighting is generally caused by anger and judgment. What if we begin to learn about each other – cultures, beliefs, ways of life, etc., and begin to understand each other better? Would we then need to fear our neighbors?
One of the easiest ways to transform the energy of fear is to transform it into the energy of curiosity. And then, you can take it one step further and transform it into the energy of creative curiosity. Creative curiosity allows new solutions to come in. Begin to ask “I wonder” type of questions – I wonder how fast I can get to the airport instead of I don’t want to be late and miss my flight. Ask I wonder how fast and where I can meet the love of my life instead of nothing I do works for me. Your thoughts and feelings get broadcasted all over the universe. You are your own station broadcasting every thought and feeling. Do you want to broadcast signals such as nothing works for you or you can never find the person you are looking for?
Let’s say you have a fear of flying – a part of you is afraid that something may go wrong with your flight and…STOP! Take a breath and focus on creative curiosity instead. Begin to ask questions such as: I wonder how many people check each airplane daily? I wonder how much training they have to go through to OK a flight? I wonder how a flight is monitored? I wonder how the Universe supports me so it makes sure that I travel safely? I wonder what percentage of people always feel peaceful when they fly? You can research some of the questions to put yourself in a more relaxed state by knowing the facts.
Make today the day. From now onward, whenever fear pops up, you immediately begin to ask questions that would add curiosity and creativity. Your subconscious mind then begins to look for answers to your questions and instead of playing in fear, you can move into curiosity. In your mind and in your heart, create a law for yourself: Everything works for me 100% of the time with ease and grace.
